Note on SNMP mib creation

You don't have to go throught a "create mib" step to poll via the OID on distant devices via GET requests, your SNMP manager just have to know the mib and its architecture.
It is usefull in case you don't have use a memory representation (MIB created) of the data you received via the asnwers to your poll.
